I'm starting to wonder if you didn't get a bad wheel or tire...a slight bend would cause havoc at highway speeds, and wouldn't really be noticeable if it was on the backside...of course the balancer should catch it. Maybe it's a bad belt on one of your tires that doesn't show up until there's a load on it?

First trip to the local tire shop and they said they had them perfectly balanced. It still wobbles at 60+ and the truck is going back in the morning. Shouldn't you be able to tell on the balancer if a wheel is bent or a tire is bad? Wouldn't that be hard to balance or impossible? Is the balancer only low speed and not show what happens at 60mph?

Just went and talked to the shop and they said their road force balancer was off the first round and now they are right. Think again. They are better but still vibrating. Now they say it might be the alignment. New Spohn control arms(+1/2 in. To make up for the leveling kit)and alignment coming Monday. I don't see this fixing it but they said the wheels and tires balanced perfect and aren't the problem?
