Hey guys been a long while since I have been on the fourm. After 330K miles I think my trans has seen better days. When shifting from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd the RPMs will jump to 3K at the shift point. I have to let off the throttle to get transmission to complete the shift.

Looking for recommendations on transmission builders. At one time ATS was the go to, but that was many years ago. I do not pull heavy loads or race, just need a solid transmission for around town and occasional towing. Any recommendations?

I have been seeing good things written about the Firepunk Towmaster (Google it). Mine is still plugging along (91K). If I can stretch as many miles out of mine as you have yours, I'll be something like 110 years old by the time I need to replace it.
