Need help having boost issues

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9l 24v I have it programmed with a H&S mini Maxx tune when I used to floor it used to hold 33lbs of boost now just happen Saturday when I floor it it gets to 29-30 and the waste gate opens up and loose all my boost I have to let go of the throttle and it’s goes back up to 7lbs then I can press the throttle again and start building back up I was told if u can cruise over 10lbs of boost I don’t have a leak I was thinking the spring might of got soft in the actuator or can it be the the solenoid causing the problem!!

It could be a wastegate issue. The way to check would be to remove and plug the line to the wastegate. This way it never gets opened. CAUTION! Your right foot is the only wastegate now! The funny thing is that the wastegate may open to limit the boost but would it open enough and stick there to lower your boost that much? I doubt it.

Sounds more like an overboost de fuel to me. Could be a bad map sensor or something.
