Need Guidence

Okay yall here is the deal, my truck has been to twelve different dealers in the past 73000 miles for a vibration at 30-35 mph, i have had all the u-joints replaced, been told it was my tires, bought new ones, told it was the tread pattern, bought new ones, had the front drive shaft replaced, now the last dealer told me that he has seen very few trucks like this, and only heard of a very few(less than 50 total) and it cannot be fixed, if I had brought it in before 20k miles they would have lemoned it because it cannot be fixed, I explained that I have been bringing it in and he said that some one should have caught ti earlier, now I am to live with it, or trade it in foer a new one, is this right or is there another avenue I can pursue, it is only getting worse. Thanks yall and I appologize for the long thread, I don't want to lose my baby, but come on, thanks again

Have they tried loosening the motor and transmission mounts, moving the truck about 20 feet and retighten the mounts? I heard this worked on a few trucks.

Also check the wheels, sometimes they have a little twist to them and cause vibration that won't balance out.

look into the lemon law YOURSELF...dont let the dealer tell you what it says. my buddy just got the 56k he paid for his escalade 3 years ago and he drove it up until the case was settled. dealer might be right, but doublr check for yourself

thanks all for your replies, I changed out the wheels twice, now back to factory alum. they removed the entire motor and trans assembly twice to replace parts, today i left a message with the state office, not called back today. I also left a message for chrysler, not to ask them on the law, but to confirm no fix has been made. Just really upset that now that the drivetrain warranty is out, they then decide to 'sovle the problem'

As long as you have all of the repair reciepts and that problem began before the 22K mile mark you should be able to lemon it..........there is a website to begin online, as I see you are in Texas too........I lemoned a Dmax last year her ein Texas............it was a hassel..........but gettin gmy money back was worth it............those guys in Austin really seem to be on your side........
If you don't have good records, all reciepts, service log, etc.......it may be harder for you..................GOOD LUCK......where there is a will, theres a way
