I have a 2003 Cummins that came out of a six spd truck and is now nestled in a 2001 Ford. I have the turbo in pieces on the bench right now and cannot figure out what I have so I can replace the seals and compressor wheel. Can anyone tell me what the factory would have put on this motor!

You have an Holset HE341. The HE351 was used on the 04.5 up to 07' trucks. It has a bid black solenoid in the Compressor housing to control boost pressure via the ECM.

 

I thought it was an HX or HY 35.
