Have had this problem for awhile now. The CD won't always eject! The last time this happended, the next morn. it came right out. I have one stuck in there right now. The truck is an '05 hvy duty. If I am not doing something wrong, this radio is a POS!

 

Been there, done that. A firm smack on the top of the dash immediately above the radio will usually get the disk to eject. It's intermittent, but usually happens when I'm fiddling with a CD just as I start the truck or turn it off. No permanent damage to date, and it's been doing it for 5yrs or so...
