More headlight flicker +

Hey gang. Little bit of a problem. I have a 06 megga CDT 6speed 2wd. I have had my fair share of problems, including the fuse box under the hood (PCM I think). Just had my A/C repaired 2 weeks ago. Last night we went to the "Night of fire" at Atlanta dragway. I live about 1 hour away. On the way home, I noticed the lights flickering. Checked the volt meter (I know these things are not right on the money) found it to be about 14.5 volts. I also found that the lights started filckering when I got near 60mph or 2000rpm and the volts would rise to 15 or 16 volts. so I drove 55 all the way home. Also when they start flickering the truck starts a very light suging during this. I think the voltage spike is causing the injectors to fire funny. Anyone had a issue like this. I did surch and found many flickering lights but not one with the stumble. Is the regulator in the PCM? Do you think one of the batts could be bad. Truck starts and runs good. The ALT shure seems to be putting out enouge juce. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the update. Funny, we know batteries are the first thing to check but I always think of other solutions first.
