I've seen several threads where people get Mopar brand ATF+4 at Walmart. When I go into the store all they have is some other brand. Do some Walmarts really carry the Mopar brand? My Dodge dealer gets almost $30/gallon, so $4 or $5/quart is worth looking for.

I don't know if it makes a real difference since all ATF+4 must meet the same general specs - but I'd feel better sticking with the same brand since on a drain and fill there's a lot that doesn't get changed. Thanks for any leads on how to find the Mopar stuff for cheap!

 

Yep, the Walmarts here carry it. That is where I get mine.

i run the store brand and am happy with it !

It's on the shelf in the Louisville KY area.

 

There are 6 walmarts within a short drive. I've seen 2 of them in the past carrying ATF+4, in the past. Just recently, the wally world nearest the house has started to carry it.

so...some do & others don't.

Chico Ca has it. $4-5 a quart, but at that price, maybe the off the shelf stuff will be fine.

 

The wallyworld around my way has it for $4.74 per Qt.
