Mirefire readiness monitor not setting after update.

Mirefire readiness monitor not setting after update.
I have an 05.
After failing CA SMOG I had to go into the dealer for the recall to re flash the computer to set the readiness monitors.
They just told me the applied the latest firmware.
The Comprehensive Components and other one are ready, it's just the misfire is not ready.
The dealer told me they have no idea.
The re flash was done 2 weeks ago and about 800 miles ago.
No programmers, they was a quadzilla chip, but it's an inline chip and was removed a month prior to doing anything.
There are no codes.
Any ideas here?
