metallic knocking noise from exhaust

I hear a metallic knocking noise coming from my stacks, Its under load in the lower band of rpm. above 2400 it disappears and when the truck is next to my garage and i idle up, idle to 2700rpm no noise (no load)??? doesnt change no mater what the setting and did it before the edge

It along with a grind (like brakes) been driving me up a wall for 5 months. Cant find it. Checked brakes, joints, no drag or noises turning by hand.

Anyone close to canton Ohio wanna let me ride with them to see if its me, i did come from a powerstroke so its a different beast. Also want to test a smarty.

Is timing rattle from the engine? (yes, but the sound)

Im going crazy and my friend hears it and i don’t think a shop will know what to look for. Please Help Thanks Jordan

You might be getting a harmonic resonance from the stacks at that rpm-try taking the stack pipe off and trying it again at that rpm and see if it goes away (kind of like a trombone?)
