on way home today noticed truck started maxing boost at 30psi and EGT's would hit 1500 quick and also even from 60-70 mph rollon with about 10psi and roll throttle truck smokes whenever on gas and didnt before. Turbo feels fine off line did notice some studder if I rolled on throttle lightly around 60mph checked all boots and tightened and put smarty to stock and back and still had issue have smarty afe stage 2 proguard7 and 6 inch stacks

 

have you pressure checked the whole system? You might have a boost leak somewhere besides a boot. I have heard of them leaking around the intake horn.
