Lost power

I need some help, I looked for these codes but couldnt find a thread already on them. Driving this morning and the truck lost power, checked code and got 0191,0192,0236 and 0251. The first two I have gotten before, but the other two I haven't. I looked up what they are but could use some help as to what might cause them. Any help would be great, thanks.

The last two codes deal with turbocharger boost pressure sensor rationality and injection pump fuel valve feedback, respectively. Almost leads me to believe it relates to a faulty FCA...Fuel Control Actuator...located on the back of the CP3. About $100 or so dollars from GenosGarage.com or more from Cummins.

Thanks, I will give it a shot. It was making a lot of injector noise when it thru these codes as well. I hope thats all it is!

I know when my FCA took a crap it made the engine rattle and clatter just the old 24v trucks and it would randomly race up/down on it's own and stall out.

I drove the truck this afternoon and it ran fine, not as noisy as this morning but still more then before. Would the FCA still cause this problem or is there an injector issue maybe?

An injector will cause more of steady, ongoing problem....the FCA acts up randomly most times. My truck might not miss a beat for days on end and then all of a sudden it would start going bonkers and then clear up and run fine for a while and then start all over again. That was about 8yrs ago and so far the replacement FCA has held up just fine.
