I was looking to get 16" Black 8-hole style rims with potential 33"x10.5" tires. I was wondering if anyone had any used ones or know any that go for a good rate rather than the expensive ones all the websites and distributors have.

 

If you are mounting them on a 3rd gen truck, 16's wont clear the brakes, you need a 17' or bigger in diameter

 

really?? because ive done searches and 16s fit it says?

 

James is correct. 16's will not fit on a 3rd gen. 2nd gen yes.

Im running BFG 305/65/17 on my rig (appx 33"x10.5) no rubbing issues but I do have a leveling kit, this size shouldnt be a problem for a stock truck and stock height

I have BFG's now, but probably will go with something else next time. Too much weight to balance and rotation issues (one tire likes to pull). They do wear good though...
