I am wanting to install an In-line fuel pump http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CRT-P60504/ to transfer fuel from my in bed toolbox/tank and have it pumped to the main tank.

So my question is: Does the pump stop fuel from gravity filling the tank if the pump is off? I want to use a switch in the cab to pump fuel as needed and not have it gravity drip all day and night when it is off.

I plan on getting that kit, but will use the pump to make the fuel get to the tank on my demand not gravity.
