Lift Pump Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade the lift pump on my truck before it decides to die and potentially cause damage.

What would be a good upgrade for the factory lift pump? I'm not looking to get 1000 hp out of my truck, just reliability, plus I always like bolting new things into my truck.
I looked at the pumps made by FASS, any good? The 150GPH or the 95GPH kits look pretty good. Does any one have any experience with the performance of these systems? Would any one recomend either of the two for the power adders that i'm running in my truck?

Thanks, JR.

I have a FASS 150/95 system on mine. It has been on for over two years now and it works fine. I see other options out there now, but my FASS has not given me any problems and with the 3 micron Fleetguard filter I run it has at least kept my stock cp3 and sticks healthy from stock level to 600hp level. Fuel pressure is 18psi at idle always and not much lower at full WOT on the track. Just my experience and .02.

You will be very happy with a FASS... very well engineered robust unit that filters very well and will provide more fuel than you could ever use. my 150/150 will be here tomorrow!

I've installed walbros, carter systems, BD systems, Full FASS, their pump only, and I'm installing one on my truck.

I would cosider the Walbro set-up also. Great pump and very quiet. I have one installed on mine 04.5 and love it. No problems or leaks and keeps my rail full of fuel.

i just went and picked mine up from eric @ vulcan perf. there and have yet to install it. but, i can not say enough about the customer service i got while there.
i spent two weeks researching a new lift pump and i settled on the fass (95gph only) from vucan perf. eric will be at the sema show till sunday but call him on monday and tell him travis sent you. there is nothing in it for me but he may toss something in for you though. can't wait to screw up the install on saturday!
if anyone wants to come and help screw it up let me know. i live in vancouver,wa.

X2 on this, and they send you more than enough hose so that you can do your own big line kit from the filter housing to the cp3, all you have to do is pick up the fittings at a local hot rod shop and save yourself about 50 bucks on the BL kit.
