Lift pump pressure guides

At what pressure should I start to worry about the longevity of my lift pump? Where do you start seeing a decrease in performance? I am sitting at a tad over 9 at idle.

I just lost my lift pump on a 98.5 with 104000 miles and I think it was the original pump.I was showing 5 psi at idle and 2 psi at 2000 rpm no load ,this was with a mechanical gauge I bought at WW Granger for $5.00 tapped into inside brass fitting on top of fuel filter.Installed new Carter pump, real easy install now have 13 psi at idle.
