LF3894 on a third gen???

Is it okay to use fleetguard LF3894 on my '05 dodge cummins? Time for an oil change and this filter is sitting in my garage. Thought I would use it.

yes i have used them many times over the pass several years. same as a lf16035 except it is not fluted
