See your local Dodge dealer and order Mopar part number 82208835AB, or see the nearest Cummins Distributor and order Cummins part number 4089924 The 2003 and 2004 model year Jacobs Exhaust brakes are available from Cummins Distributors only, under the part number 4089427.

I dont know. I just got that information from the jakebrake.com website. I've been torn between the pac and jake brake for a while now. I like the jake brake shifter mounted switch much better. That is the only thing pushing me towards the jake.
