Hey badram, that part number is 605-9710 @ NAPA. I just put the cord on yesterday, and it works like a champ. It warmed up today so I don't need it today. The cord was $18, plus $5 for shipping, plus tax for a total of $25.84. I think it will be well worth it tho.

...recieved my cold weather front today and put it on. The paper that came with it recommended consulting my owner's manual for specific driving instructions for use with the winter front installed, but I don't see anything in my owner's manual about this. Am I missing it?

What is the temp of the thermostat? What about changing it to a lower temp. to gain heat faster?

no, you're not missing anything as my owner's manual didn't have any instructions for driving with the cold weather front installed either. Just make sure that your thermostat doesn't go any higher than in normally does so the fan doesn't kick in and all is well.

Hey dgm. In the owners manual it is under the engine section. In the 05 manual it is on page 357 "cooling system". Hope this helps.

Is that something they charge you for? I hadn't even heard about it. Thank goodness for this forum!
