I am looking at replacing my injectors on my 2005 3500 170,000 miles. I have found that if I just replace the nozzels I am looking at 1/3 of the price than if I replace the whole thing. Would anybody recomend it.

 

Send them to Don M to replace them with his F1 flux injector nozzels. He will test and refurbish anything necessary and they will be as good as new when you get them back. You have to deal thru one of his distributors but that is no problem. Just google Formula One Diesel and pick the one nearest you.

Thanks for the reply! So it sounds like it is the way to go. I priced stock injectors from bosch and they want $600 a piece.

 

Yes I think it is the way to go and it will only cost you $1100 for all six.
