do any of you guys know,when the injector gets noisy,what causes it and can it be fixed without replacing it....

 

Try putting some Power Service or Howe's diesel treatment in your tank. You're best line of defense is to put a 2 micron filter inline with your fuel system. These injectors hate any foreign objects, especially water.
