Injector Issue - Will 5- Hurt?
Try this.. Drain the fuel filter. Then refill with power service or a good fuel injector cleaner.
Start the engine and let it run a few seconds. Then shut it off for the night. Let the fuel additive soak in the injector to loosen deposits. The solvents in the injector cleaner will break up deposits better than B20 will.
Next morning go run the heck out of it. If you can put it under a good load it will help.
See if it runs better then.

I thought about trying that but was concerned it may cause more problems or throw a code? Do you have experience with doing this? I'm told PS really isn't the best for injector cleaning. I've been layed up from a surgery so I haven't been able to run the tank of B20 down more than a couple hundred miles, but I have noticed some improvement and that every once in a while when I pull up to a stop it will idle great... then next stop go back to a rough idle. I'm thinking one of the injector needles is gummed up?
I havent had anymore trouble in the last 100k miles.
