Like an idiot, I got carried away with the sawzall when cutting my stock muffler off to install my MBRP.
I cut the pipe that goes between the cat and the stock muffler way too close to the hangers. So now, the MBRP pipe can't slip on far enough, and I can't properly clamp it down.
I went to Midas, and they can't get 4" stainless pipe to make me a new one.

Would any of you guys who have put on an aftermarket exhaust on a '04.5 or an '05 still have that mid-pipe hanging around in your garages? I'd love to take it off your hands for a reasonable fee.

If the new pipe will slip on at all you could have the muffler shop weld it on, probably wouldn't cost much either.
