It might be covered somewhere, but all I found was surging cold, surging while driving.

When my engine gets warm, the idle will surge up to about 1000 then drop back down to about 500 then back and forth. At the same time when I try to take off from a stop, I have to get the RPM's up to about 1000 for it to stablize and take off. Once rolling, I dont have any issues.

I checked the codes and there are None.

Does this sound like a lift pump? Or does anyone possibly know exactly what this is?
