I do have a slight vibration at around 68 MPH (65-70).

The rear driveline has some up and down play at the t-case slip yoke as well as the front driveline does too at the t-case. What are acceptable specs for end play?

Also the rear output seal on the t-case looks dry rotted and cracked all over.

I don't have any vibration, and you can feel some radial play on the yoke on my truck, too. I think it's normal.

 

same here mine looks cracked all over. my carrier bearing has about 1/2" of play and the slip yoke has play too. guess thats where all the noise comes from when i shift
