How many of yall change diff fluid @ 15K?

Just wanderin' how many people really change the diff oil every 15K, sounds excessive to me. Ive only done it on my nissan truck once and it has 250K on it, although i dont pull w/it niether.

I do my diffs, transfer case, and usually trans all at 25K, but now the trans has to be done at 15K to maintain the ATS warranty. No biggie.

I changed the diff fluid at 15k miles to maintain the warranty. When the warranty is out I will go to 30k miles.

I have done mine twice, 15K and 30K. On the second change, I notice my front axle didn't really need it and the back did. I plan on doing the rear every 15K and the front every 30K from now on.

I'm changing mine between 15-20k (whenever I have time) over to synthetic. Then I'll go 30k intervals.
I might put the pml cover on the rear so as to add a little more fluid.
You should drop that front into 4x4 ever so often as to lube those parts.

the front end spins all the time, so it gets oiled all the time.

15k for warranty. I would have changed the oil earlier the 1st time if I had known how black it would be. I used Mobil 1 and at the 2nd change it looked fine, like a darker olive oil, so I'll probably go to 30k when the powertrain warranty expires.

The factory oil is synthetic already. I have 24,000 on mine and need to get it done ASAP. I hope to get the rear done in the next month before I go on my next vacation. I will probobly do it every 30-50000 after that.

I did mine at 15k because of warranty, service manager convinced it was worth it. Now that I have realistically voided any chance of drive train warranty I will still do at least every 25k. Since I am racing in 4wd I will do front and back.

As you all know I tow heavy!!!!! That being said I change mine every 10k and I put amsoil synthetic in it the first time and haven't had any problems with it. I did not change the front diff at 20k just the rear. I will probably change it again at 30k. I currently have 27k on it since I picked it up in late march. Since we are on this subject does anybody have a diff temp gauge????? If so what kind of temps are you seeing when towing..

i changed mine at 21,000km or so [so a little before 15k miles] and that was over a year with oem oil in it.... i will end up doing everything on my truck based on time, not milage... oil change 2x per year, trans 1x per year, diff's 1x per year, t-case 0.5x per year, fuel 1x per year... all happens in spring or fall..

***edit***

i did however, with just about a month on the truck, top up both diff's that were shipped low from the factory

Has anyone actually talked to someone who had a rear diff. failure because the gear oil broke down are was dirty?
I in my rather short 45 years can't thank of one.
Before getting this truck I never changed the oil in any diff. and never had a failure. Maybe I was just living right. But to keep up the warranty I had it done at 15000.

I have 117k on my '03 and have not changed the diff fluid. It pulls a trailer every single day (10 000lbs)
I did oil sample it at 80k. The sample came back fine.

When I changed mine out @ 15 it looked and smelled brand new. Not even a speckle of glitter. You watch the day I extend the interval I'll be hearing all sorts of chatter. The the dealer saying I told you so. I might go 25 before I change it again. I don't tow heavy and rarely for long periods. But I get this darn good feeling changing it out.
