Usually there is a tag on one of the diff cover bolts that will have 3.73 or 4.10 on it...
Can't find out too much info on AAM. Could always spin a tire and count the driveshaft revs....

Tell us your RPM's while running in 6th gear at 70 mph and we can give you a pretty good guess about which one you have. A truck with 3.73 gears will run around 2150 RPM's at 70 mph....at least if memory serves me correctly.

or you could drop the diff cover and count ring an pinion gear teeth and divide
then you'd be absolutely sure.
