I think there's a tag on the inside of the glove box lid.

Eswartz is correct! Just open your glove box and all your info from paint to axle ratio is there.

Usually there is a tag on one of the diff cover bolts that will have 3.73 or 4.10 on it...

Can't find out too much info on AAM. Could always spin a tire and count the driveshaft revs....

My glove box sticker kept peeling off. Pulled it off and stuck it inside the owner's manual....

Tell us your RPM's while running in 6th gear at 70 mph and we can give you a pretty good guess about which one you have. A truck with 3.73 gears will run around 2150 RPM's at 70 mph....at least if memory serves me correctly.

Dually's always have smaller tires than SRW 2500's or 3500's - This messes with your final gear ratios slightly - might explain some of the differences?

bingo... jack it up turn a tire one revolution... drive shaft will either turn 3.7 or 4.1 revolutions

or you could drop the diff cover and count ring an pinion gear teeth and divide then you'd be absolutely sure.
