High mileage 2004+ trucks....need your advice

See signature below concerning the Dodges. Of all the trucks in our fleet, I love the Dodge's. It seems they are the most reliable. However, our 04 is getting pretty high in mileage. Routing maintenance has been performed and the turbo was just recently rebuilt. Is this a ticking time bomb? How much can one expect this thing to live before it grenades?

Set some money aside for a new transmission. Maybe get a built one. You may never need it but, you could have the money in a CD and get some interest off of it.

My 03 3500 has over 327,000 miles on it. Don't worry about the engine, it will last a lot longer. That being said, I am in the process of buying a cab and chassis truck for a lot of different reasons other than reliability.
