Also, I ended up going w/ the heavy duty upgrade found on PATC's website: http://www.transmissioncenter.net/ Shifts just like she's supposed to now.
have a filter & soleniod assembly for when you do your first transmission service.
i put in a brand new Dodge part, and it does it every oncet a while.
when i do the tranny fluid and filter again, i will get the upgrade like you did.
