HELP truck wont start and....

Well, Mama got into NC last night from IL with not problems...
I went out this AM to move the truck and all it does is crank. Will not start.
I hear the pump in the engine compartment and it sounds like its not getting anything.
I think she may have got bad fuel. I cracked open the drain on the fuel filter and it just kind trickled out.
I'm going to get a filter and some 911 and see how it goes.

Funny thing is, the CEL was on first time and my Smarty JR will not check for codes for some reason..THIS has me worried. It just keeps having me turn the key on and off...

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appretiated.

If gelled , the best is to park in a heated garage over night , then check drained fuel into glass jar to check for any separation of things can get into fuel .
How cold was it , where did the last fuel come from , maybe not winterized fuel ?

I dumped some 911 in the tank, changed out the fuel filter, drained the bowl and filled it with 911 also.
I had 5gal of treated fuel in the bed of the truck that i dumped in the tank.

The "Pump I kept hearing was just that, my PakBrake was cycling on and off but the switch was off.

Then I noticed the quad Recon was not working.
So Checked the fuse box, and everything looked ok.
I pulled a few to look at to include the ECM fuse.

I then checked to see if someone had gotten into it and under the dash. Nope.
I then flipped the kill switch for the Genos Turbo Timer and then my Recon came on as well as my "wait to start" light.
there were a few flashes from the CEL and dings.

It then cranked, ran and started to sputter and die.

I put more 911 in the bowl, and again cranked and sputtered.

It didn't amke it over 35 here today, so I'm hopeing when it warms up tonite and it has more time for the 911 to work, that it will fire up in the AM.

I still don't like that there may be something wrong with the electronics and that the Smarty JR can't comunicate with it and check codes. (It has the stock programming oin the truck-no performance tunes loaded)

If I can get it going, it's going to the dealer to get the once over.

EDIT--I did try the smarty again and it worked. Code P0513 "Invalid Sim Key".
If I reacll, that is the same thing that happened when it died on me at the post office early this spring. Then I disconnected the batts and it fired up.

So, the batts are disconnected right now.
