hi , going down rod truck just died , pulled over started right back up , went to go again and died again , will sit and idle fine , rev it up stumbles smokes and get real injector raddle , will not drive just dies

i have filled out my sig doese not show for some reason , just went back to truck starts but does the same thing , i pulled filter , looked fine , just changed two weeks ago , cyced key a few times flushed out housing with fuel , put filter back in , truck ran fine in parking lot even under load , going back when wife gets out of work to road test it , pick up new filter and some diesel 911 was only 5 out this morning , so maybe it gelled never had it happen before .

 

how much fuel did you have in your tank?
Ive been told to keep my tank mostly full this time of year.

 

you should add anti-gel this time of year in the north country... the ULSD doesn't just gel ...when it gets cold it has the consistency of orange juice pulp
The OWNER of my Business link dealership (you think he would know better) had it happen to him and he got to sit on the side of the road one winter morning...you can bet it won't happen to him again..lol
