Okay. Found this out yesterday from a friend that Bombs these trucks. It is an ISB. I guess he said that the regular cummins is the 12 valve that they used to put in the trucks and the ISB is the 24 valve used now. Found the cord actually, Kenworth in Fenton gets 12 Dollars for them, and it is a normal stock item. Hope this helps some people on here.

if you look at you window sticker for those who have th cord factory...it is a ten dollar option

you can also get the block heater cord from O'Reillys auto parts stores as long as they carry fleet parts............it is a very common plug with threaded lock ring for use on thousands of Cummins engines............

Mine was $10.00 at dealership but I got them to give it to me along with the free high idle program.
