Health fuel leak around filter housing

While doing my oil change today, I noticed fuel leaking out of the starter drain hole, then I remembered I needed to add fuel back to the starter...LOL Ok Ok when I looked at the filter housing above I noticed it had drips all over the bottom of it (filter changed aprox 7,000 miles ago) I changed the filter tonight and pressure tested it (have in tank fuel pump) and couldnt notice where its leaking from. I have noticed a few times it cranks more than normal to start like it may have some air entering the system. I am hoping someone may have some info on where to spend more time looking. I cleaned everything up as much as I could, and didnt see anything at first start up after the filter change, but after a 15 min drive, it had an extended crank before starting.

Thanks crew
