....and back to the topic. We've replaced two 48re transmissions since they've come out. One was on a new truck that wasn't right from the get-go and the most recent one was on an 03 with 118K on it. The 03 (3500 3wd) is used to pull RV's and a three place car trailer as he transports all over the country. He also had his first brake job done so this makes me wonder how necessary an E brake is with these trucks.
