You got screwed. It should be covered under the 100k engine warranty.

If we had the TSB done june 14 2005 would we need to probably ask the dealer to do it again? Just how new is this new version?

Flash updates are covered 3/36.Not under the 7/100.BUT $100 sounds high.Place I worked we charged .5 labor if in for OTHER work at same time or .8 if not.
