greaseing the ujoints

greaseing the ujoints

I had greasable ujoints installed, and they said to grease them every oil change, well, I am about to change over to 5w40 and want to grease the joints. whats the proper procedure?

Wipe the grime off the end of the zirc and give er a few pumps with some good greese, you'll probably hear it... When it starts to pop and oozz out..Thats it.. Wipe it up and do the other one...

wow i didnt know we could get greaseable ujoints for our trux. whats a good brand? federal mogul, spicer or moog?
