governor solenoid and transducer on 48RE

My 2004.5 CTD has over 100k on it. The guy I bought it from was pretty **** about maintenance but I'm not sure the last time the tranny was serviced. I think it's slipping a bit in the cold and I'll probably do the bands, fluid and filter in the near future along with a TransGo shift kit I recieved for a Christmas present.
Do I need to do the governor solenoid and transducer while I'm at it? I hope these only need to be replaced when there's a problem but thought I'd ask.

I would just keep it. If the fluid is very nasty then you will know when it needs to be replaced....LOL
