Talking Gerotor feed system

Just got my "Gerotor feed system" from Glacier Diesel Power today. Took out the oem lift pump, was working fine, and installed the new walbro with fuel pressure guage. Runs at 20 #psi. I have a 3000 mile trip comming up this month and didn't want to worry about the oem lift pump going out. The install was easy, did it in my garage with jack stands, took about 3 1/2 hrs.
Rick at Glacier was very helpful, gave me good tips to follow. Hardest part was cutting the stainless fuel line.

Had mine on for a few weeks now and feelvery confident about the fuel supply now. The MK-2 filter I put on at the same time is a plus too. Did it basically the same way you did in the garage, took me about the same length of time to install too. Mine shows a consistant 15 psi on my electric fp gauge, sender on the back of the cp-3 down stream of the stock 10 micron filter and the 2 micron add-on. I was curious as to how accurate the electric sender was so I mounted a glycerine filled gage under the hood on the inlet to the stock filter and it reads 15 psi also.
