Gauge Question

Im getting ready to buy gauges for my 03. Im going to Autometers, and I am going to get an electric fuel pressure. I plan to remote mount the sensor so the engine doesnt beat it to death, Autometer sells a pressure snubber that they say should be used on the older 24v for avoid pressure spikes, would it be wise of me to install this on my 03 also? I am also thinking about putting a small mechanical gauge in the line for sensor, would this be a good idea also?

If you do a search about sending units you will find lots of problems. My second sender went out. Now it looks like the companies want to blame the truck so they do not have to stand behind their product. So far Quad is standing behind his product.

You might want to ask who makes a good fuel pressure gauge you can depend on.
