Fumes smell from breather

Fumes smell from breather
New 2006 Megacab. Lots of stinky oily smell when the window is down and driving slowly. Also smell enter A/C system when not in recirc. Any fix for this?

When you're driving slowly, or idling- switch to recirculate. Other than that, there is nothing that will entirely get rid of it. There are some mods that will help a bit. Do a search.

How about re routing the fumes into the aircleaner like many other engines?

I switched to valvoline premium blue and the smell went a way. Not advertising just telling what helped me.

I complained about this also when i first got my truck. 7000 miles later i never smell it.

The smell will go away on it's on after a 100 miles or so. At least mine does when it has it. And, I run good ole Shell Rosmella T...
