what is the fuel tank vent mod i have read about, tried a search but its not working what does this do?

 

There are 2 vent mods.

1.) Is when you put fuel line extensions and a cheap lawnmower fuel filter attached to the end, on the rollover valves to prevent water from entering the fuel tank due to the recess in the top of the tank.

2.) This mod moves the filler neck vent from the fuel canister to the top of the tank to speed in the process of filling the tank all the way to the top of the filler neck, will get you an additional 5-6 gallons of fuel

 

Any where on the web that shows how to do this? How hard is it to accomplish?
