Fuel Pressure Problems

I have the Quadzilla Commander with the fuel pressure kit. A few months ago my FP readings started going to 0 then back up to 7 or 8. Quad had a new fuel sending unit that was suppose to fix the problematic old sending unit so I sent the unit off and got it back with a new transducer. Now my readings are around 6 or 7 while at an idle but when I step on it they will drop to the 0 - 3 range. My rail pressure always seems to be good so I am not sure if the lift pump is going bad or what. My mileage also seems to have gone down a little. The truck has 51000 on it and is an 04.5. If I take it to the dealer it should be covered under warranty but will they replace it if it is not totally dead? I am also not sure if the new transducer is working right. After the sending unit problems in the past I am not confident in its readings.

Any help would be appreciated. Also has anyone had any problems with the new transducers from Quad?

Your gauge is correct. That is what it is doing. With your pressures you still have the stock LP on the back of the filter housing.

I recently installed a Quad Adrenaline on my truck with the Pulse monitor in cab. The first weekend, my fuel pressure would fluctuate between 7-8 most consistently, then go all the way in the 80's, and stay there. Later it would drop below 4 going all the way to zero. I had a Airdog on order. I just put it in 2 days ago, and it stays at 18-19 now. I made it drop to 16 on the interstate yesterday. That's the lowest it has gotten according to my Pulse monitor. I had the lift pump located behind the filter housing also, stock pump that is.

I notice in the Ads for AirDog they claim up to an 8% mph increase. Has anyone seen any mileage increase using this system? Also do you need to drop the tank to install a new draw straw with the AirDog 100.
