Fuel pressure gauge question

I just was curious if this is normal behavior for a fuel pressure gauge. I have the gauge mounted inline right before the CP3, after all my filters. When I turn the key to "ON" I hear the raptor running and watch the pressure stop rising. After the pump stops running, the gauge is still reading pressure, and the pressure slowly drops down to zero. Is this normal? Or is the system bleeding off pressure somewhere and I need to track it down? Thanks

Sounds like you connected the Raptor to the stock pump wiring? There's a relay in there somewhere, pump will run for a few secs then power is shut off till you start the engine.
