Fuel Line leaking?

I was driving my 04.5 yesterday (44k miles) and noticed a smell of diesel. Pulled over and discovered the underside of the hood and firewall were soaked in diesel. I had the wife start the truck and saw diesel spray from either # 5 or #6 fuel injector line (I can't recall which I was mad/anxious at the time). I did notice all of my fuel lines appear to have the "blue isolator" type of clamp that holds the lines.

Does anyone have a write up or "how-to" on replacing the lines going from the fuel rail to the injector? My truck should still be under warranty, however, I'd almost rather do it myself than have to wait on the dealer. Any and all advice appreciated!!

Went and had a look today (truck is disabled about 15 miles from home). It's the #4 fuel line that's leaking. On a positive note, this appears very easy to replace. Any tips/tricks/things to watch out for?
