Fuel leaks
Fuel leaks
Put some dye in fuel and they ran a black light over it and said I had 2 leaks the #4 injector line which wasn't that bad and the fuel return line which is really bad, I am gonna try to do the injector line but not the fuel return line how difficult for the injector line, anyway to really mess it up, it looks fairly simple. Who to get the #4 injector line through dodge wants 64 dollars and Geno wants $23 but how are there lines. Thanks

You will be fine going with the line from Genos. Also, contact your local Cummins dealer for a price.....might be cheaper. Should take no more than about 10 minutes to R&R. The return line will be a little tougher as it comes off the back of the head. Might try and reach back there and see if you can tighten it up....worth a try.
OK thanks Iam gonna do the #4, I asked if it the return line was just loose and he said no it was cracked, they said that they have seen a lot of them that away because of the oil they put on the ground in the winter. I am not wanting to stretch around to try to change that one since I have a bad back.
