Fuel Leak (filter housing area) Early '04

I have an early '04 with the lift pump relocated to the tank by the dealer (several years ago)
Recently I have developed a fuel leak at the filter housing area. Seems to be more an issue at slow speed driving over rough road (logging road type travel)

Seeing the drips off the bottom of the filter housing, I changed the fuel filter with new gasket etc. snugged things up with a wrench to make sure things were tight.
I still have a leak, but now appears to be dripping down the return? line (with quick connect) and down on to the frame rail.

Anyway,
Looking for suggestions, comments as to what a common cause is.
I suspect the quick connect coupler.
Replacement/repair suggestions?
Common cause for leaks in this area?

Check the 17 mm fuel banjo line fitting at the back of the fuel filter housing. Could have loosened up on you.
