Are you sure that you didn't accidentally get gas into the tank? When I made my own bio in Alabama, I mixed some gas in with pure biodiesel in a jar, and it caused some waxy buildup on top.... kind of milky. Now this was with 100% bio that I hadn't water washed yet.

Is there anyway to flush your FCA? it may be plugged as well?

You could contact Texas Diesel Injection in SA on Toepperwien Rd. They would probably remove them for you and then send them to be cleaned, tested and/or replaced. Again, if I removed them I would contact M&D prior to TDI.

I hope you figure it out soon. I've bought 20% in Cedar Park and had no problems. For some reason, I don't trust Shell.

regardless, if you sincerely believe it is a certain Shell station and others have experienced the same issues and especially with fuel from the same station then I would contact the Shell station owner. You shouldn't be expected to put up w/inadequate fuel that must meet industry fuel standards...regardless if it's bio blended. What is the address of the local Shell Station you've had problems with? I know several folks who live near by. Thanks for keeping us posted.

if you are comming from san antonio take south sam houston tollway and exit cullen, when you hit cullen , it is on the corner across the intersection ( i think i'm spelling it right, regardless, it is a few exits past bass pro shop)........i gave it alot of thought before i said anything, as i have been wrongfully accused before and it sucks, a persons words carry a lot more weight than most people realise...i thought about the possibility of a rat-turd putting something in my tank....but the same thing has recently happened to at least 10 other people that i know of, 1 was my nephew, another was a plant manager that i have known and dealt with personally for about 8 years.....

With the info you have now you should have the station pay the repair / tow bills , this is not an uncommon issue .
