Fuel filter??

Fuel filter??

How often does everyone change there fuel filter?? I usually change mine every 10-15 thousand miles!!??

Every 5000 when I do the oil. Overkill, but I want my fuel system constantly clean. I do lots of traveling in dusty conditions and get fuel from lots of different stations..

k so is there a place to find fass filters i can not find them i went into napa and the fleetguard numbers fass gave me dont cross into their filter guide. i talked to peterbuilt and they can get them but i have to drive 80 miles total to get them

the inline filter for the FASS? NAPA around here has a ton. they cant order you some and have them shipped to the store? you using the right #? NAPA #3270

i will call and ask the guy went out to the truck looked at the filters and pulled the numbers and then went back to his desk and said he cant figure it out and that he could poss have it tracked threw his supplier but then i would need to buy by the case i will take that number to them and ask again thanks for the great info
