Here is a thread that Rich2500 put together explaining how to replace the o-rings and seals with thicker ones, but it looks like the pictures are gone. I think he tells you the seals and o-rings you need though:

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=134295

The leak occurs because the two halves of the CP3 are different materials. As they expand and contract with temperature fluctuations, the seals fail slightly. You will see a lot of threads popping up about this.

You could also take a look at the Industrial Injection modified CP3. With the mods you have, it might help!

There is also a DIY CP3 mod at relentless diesel:

http://relentlessdiesel.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19

You could do this combines with Rich2500's seal/o-ring replacement and kll 2 birds with one stone.

I am already in over my head, so I'll let others pipe in. I am getting ready to get into the serious mods (Turbo, injectors, studs/rings, tranny etc.) so I have been reading a lot. That is where i got the above info.

There are some other guys on here that have a lot more info when it comes to mods.

There is also the DIY mod from relentless diesel which I added to the above post. Maybe a local diesel shop can handle this for you:

Just tell her that you have to fix it "RIGHT" so it doesn't ever break again. It's a lot of money now, but think of the long term savings.

It's already trying to bite me. I know it won't be long, I just need to be educated a little then I will start the mods. I just have to balance between my truck and my car.
