Front Bumper
I just purchased a new bumper for my 2003 Dodge, it is a regular bumper like OEM. When I installed it everything looked good except the upper fascia near front wheel well is hanging down. What I need to know is : How to fasten this to front wheel well and is there a website or link on how to install a front bumper?

IIRC it just "Snaps" together with some funky clips. Unless I'm thinking something else 
In that case, do you have any pics so we can see exactly what you are talking about.
I helped my buddy replace his 03 front with a stock replacement and don't remember having any issues.
